Job Requirements
- Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Have up to 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Possess great customer service and communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be able to staff and train all personnel
- Assist ownership in duties such as promotions, marketing, social media, catering events, and scheduling
- Conduct weekly and monthly inventories
- Obtain a State of Indiana Liquor License
- Have reliable transportation
- Be a leader and lead by example
Job Qualifications
- Up to 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Leadership skills
- Experience with staff training and scheduling
- Knowledge of promotions, marketing, and social media management
- Valid State of Indiana Liquor License
