The role of Front of House (FOH) Floor Manager at Freddy's Steak House is an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to advance their careers in restaurant management while working in a close-knit, family-oriented setting. FOH Floor Managers play a critical leadership role, overseeing daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the dining area and providing support to the front-of-house staff. Responsibilities include staff training and scheduling, managing customer relations, assisting ownership with marketing, promotions, social media management, and catering events, as well as conducting weekly and monthly inventory to maintain efficient stock control.

This is a role that requires versatility and leadership skills, as the manager must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Job Requirements
