As a Restaurant Floor Manager at Cafe Hollywood, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational aspects of the restaurant floor while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing the sleek wine bar and lounge, which boasts over 40 varieties of wine paired with an array of small plates perfect for pre- or post-theater outings, happy hours, or casual social gatherings. The Counter, situated at the heart of the venue, is known for its fresh pastries, coffee drinks, gelato, desserts, and craft sodas, making it a popular stop for guests looking to indulge in quality treats. This role requires a motivated individual capable of inspiring and guiding their team to deliver outstanding service consistently. You will be responsible for maintaining a seamless flow of operations, ensuring all guests receive prompt and courteous service in a lively, polished environment.

The Restaurant Floor Manager will also be accountable for resource management, including the effective utilization of equipment, materials, and personnel, while adapting to the dynamic pace of a bustling restaurant environment. Job Qualifications
