Job Requirements
- 2–5+ years of management experience in an upscale or luxury restaurant or hotel environment
- Strong leadership and floor presence
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with scheduling and labor management
- Knowledge of health safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of management experience in an upscale or luxury restaurant or hotel environment
- Strong floor presence with a hands-on leadership style
- Passion for hospitality and delivering high-touch guest experiences
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in high-volume high-standard environments preferred
- Knowledge of food wine and beverage programs is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead and manage all front-of-house operations during service ensuring a smooth and elevated guest experience
- Maintain and enforce high service standards consistent with a luxury hospitality environment
- Supervise train and develop front-of-house team members including servers bartenders and support staff
- Drive guest engagement handle service recovery and build strong guest relationships
- Partner with culinary and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and execution
- Assist with scheduling labor management and cost controls
- Monitor floor performance identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions in real time
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and sanitation standards
