Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent restaurant operations experience
  • Four to eight years of relevant experience in restaurant operations or system implementations
  • Hands-on experience with POS, restaurant technology, digital ordering, and delivery systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with disciplined follow-through
  • Collaborative and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
  • Ability to work effectively in a franchise environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent restaurant operations experience
  • Four to eight years of experience in restaurant operations, operations support, or system implementation roles
  • Hands-on experience supporting POS and restaurant technology rollouts
  • Strong operational mindset with execution-focused approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with attention to operational detail
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and franchisees
  • Experience in franchise-based environments strongly preferred
  • Willingness to travel for in-restaurant testing and deployments

Job Duties

  • Own full lifecycle of technology implementations including execution, integration, testing, rollout, and post-launch support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, field teams, franchisees, and vendors to plan and execute in-restaurant tests
  • Identify execution risks and operational gaps across POS and restaurant technology systems
  • Maintain Jira tickets to track requirements and progress
  • Coordinate test readiness and site selection
  • Serve as primary operational contact for franchisees during pilots
  • Collect and analyze feedback to inform improvements and support adoption
  • Plan and lead field testing for new systems, processes, enhancements, and digital integrations
  • Synthesize field feedback into actionable insights and partner with Restaurant Technology, Field Operations, and IT for rollout planning
  • Monitor post-launch issues, identify trends, and coordinate resolution
  • Serve as subject-matter resource during deployment and stabilization phases
  • Travel to support technology testing and deployments as needed
