Job Description

Inspire is a leading multi-brand restaurant company managing a vast portfolio that includes more than 33,000 restaurants under iconic names such as Arby's, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin', Jimmy John's, and SONIC across nearly 60 global markets. With a massive presence in the foodservice industry, Inspire is committed to transforming the dining experience for millions of customers by blending innovation, quality, and operational excellence. The company's mission is to ignite and nourish flavorful experiences for its customers, employees, and partners. The culture at Inspire emphasizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and delivering excellence in every facet of the restaurant business. As part of this dynamic organization, employees have the opportunity to contribute to a legacy of fan-favorite brands while working alongside dedicated professionals passionate about redefining how people eat, drink, and gather around the table.

The Restaurant Experience Manager for Restaurant Systems and Digital Execution plays a crucial hands-on execution leadership role within Baskin-Robbins locations. This role is intricately centered on ensuring that the technological infrastructure foundational to restaurant operations—encompassing point-of-sale (POS) systems, restaurant technology devices and peripherals, and digital channels such as delivery and online ordering platforms—operate harmoniously across the franchise network. The Restaurant Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing full lifecycle implementations of restaurant technology projects, from initial execution to integration, testing, rollout, and ongoing post-launch support. This ensures that all technological solutions are fully functional and optimized within live restaurant environments.

The role demands close collaboration with a variety of stakeholders including cross-functional internal teams, field operations personnel, franchisees, and technology vendors. The position requires a blend of tactical delivery skills and operational integration capabilities to ensure that technological tools are adopted widely and function consistently. Key accountabilities include planning and executing in-restaurant tests, identifying execution risks and operational gaps, maintaining progress tracking through tools like Jira, coordinating test readiness and site selection, and serving as the primary operational liaison for franchisees during pilot programs. The manager plays a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting operational feedback to refine deployment strategies and improve system reliability and user adoption.

Additionally, this leadership role involves driving field testing and rollout of new systems, digital integrations, and process enhancements. By managing onboarding and execution for field tests, synthesizing feedback into actionable insights, and working closely with Restaurant Technology, Field Operations, and IT teams, the Restaurant Experience Manager ensures that pilot learnings are effectively incorporated into broader enterprise deployment plans. Post-launch responsibilities include monitoring system issues, trend identification, and coordinating resolution efforts to maintain operational stability and scalability.

Successful candidates will have between four and eight years of experience in restaurant operations, operational support, or system implementation roles, ideally within franchise-based environments. A bachelor's degree is preferred but equivalent operational experience is also highly valued. Essential skills include hands-on experience supporting restaurant technology implementations, strong operational mindset with disciplined follow-through, excellent communication, analytical problem-solving capabilities, and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams. Willingness to travel to support in-restaurant technology testing and deployments is also necessary.

This position is based in California with remote work options and offers a competitive salary range from $77,496.08 to $152,121.93 annually, which is reflective of experience, education, and location factors. Joining Inspire as a Restaurant Experience Manager means contributing to transformational initiatives that enhance the guest experience and operational efficiency across some of the country's most beloved restaurant brands, supporting Inspire's overarching vision to innovate and lead in restaurant technology and customer experience.
