Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as an executive chef or culinary manager in a similar hotel or restaurant setting
- Strong understanding of culinary techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with financial oversight of culinary operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee all culinary operations within the hotel or outlet including recipe execution, financial profitability, staffing, and compliance with SOPs and regulations
- Serve as a hands-on subject matter expert on safe and delicious food handling, preparation, and presentation
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop culinary team associates to maintain high engagement and low turnover
- Foster productive relationships with Sales & Marketing, Event Management, FOH teams, and other hotel departments
- Manage ordering, preparation, marketing, and execution of all recipes and use records, ensuring cost control and profitability
- Participate actively in property-specific month-end and year-end financial processes and reporting
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and inventory control
