Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years hotel sales or catering and/or upscale hotel and food and beverage experience preferred
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- High energy and positive personality
- Cold calling, networking, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Results oriented with limited supervision
- Proven record of success
- Solid computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Positive attitude
- Adherence to hotel policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- One to three years hotel sales or catering experience
- Upscale hotel and food and beverage experience preferred
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Cold calling and networking ability

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Participates in the development of restaurant event sales and marketing strategies
- Develops and implements strategies for achieving individual restaurant catering sales goals
- Contacts potential business through appointments or cold calls
- Prepares proposals and coordinates estimates with food and beverage departments
- Negotiates sales of restaurant catering functions
- Demonstrates professional attitude in interactions with guests, staff, and vendors
- Creates 100% guest satisfaction by delivering genuine hospitality and exceeding expectations
