Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of management experience in multi-unit restaurants, c-stores, or dollar retail environments
- Quick service restaurant management experience highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage P&L responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills
- Proficiency in Windows-based computer applications
- Ability to travel daily among assigned stores
Job Qualifications

- Proven ability to manage profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills to recruit, develop, and motivate teams

- Ability to travel locally among assigned stores
Job Duties
- Lead, motivate, and develop management teams across 6-7 restaurants in the Columbia area
- Maximize sales and profits while setting the standard for outstanding guest service
- Ensure operational activities are executed within company guidelines and brand standards
- Support and drive internal training programs and cultural initiatives
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews, analyzing sales, costs, and labor
- Implement strategic plans and address operational challenges proactively
