Established in 2004, the company has expanded to over 85 kitchens across 8 states, continuing to bring fresh, whole food prepared daily on-site to more communities each year. Cafe Zupas prides itself on using real ingredients and making everything in-house, which reflects its commitment to quality and sustainability. This approach not only satisfies its guests but also fosters a deeply positive and energetic work culture where team members are nurtured and mentored.

At its core, Cafe Zupas believes that its team is the key to delivering an exceptional guest experience. The company fosters a fun culture of positivity and gratitude, with a focus on teamwork and setting clear expectations. Cafe Zupas offers a modern, energetic environment where employees can thrive and grow their careers. The establishment is committed to nourishing the good life for both its employees and guests by offering a competitive pay structure, a comprehensive benefits package including 401K and paid time off, and a work schedule that respects personal time with two days off per week and closure on Sundays and holidays.

The role of a District Manager at Cafe Zupas is essential in driving operational excellence across multiple restaurant locations. This leadership position involves working closely with restaurant leaders to provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure that each location meets its financial and operational targets. As a District Manager, you will spend several days at a time in your assigned restaurants to support leadership teams in achieving goals related to sales, labor, and food costs. You will play a critical role in cultivating a culture of positivity and gratitude, promoting teamwork, and building a strong bench of future leaders within the company.

You will collaborate with Talent Mentors to ensure your restaurants are properly staffed and functioning at their best. The District Manager role demands a strong leader who can adapt to new processes and systems, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess a proven track record of multi-unit leadership success. Cafe Zupas values enthusiasm, positivity, and the drive to grow both the business and people. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative restaurant company that challenges norms and continues to grow year over year.

Cafe Zupas is committed to its team members’ development by providing ongoing and thorough training with clear career paths. The company values work-life balance, offering a set schedule with two days off and closure on Sundays and holidays. There are additional perks such as an annual international incentive trip and free meals, alongside a workplace that does not use grease, grills, or fryers. Working at Cafe Zupas means joining a fun, supportive, and thriving community focused on serving great food while simultaneously investing in its people and their futures.
