We are currently seeking a Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This role is essential in maintaining a safe and sanitized environment for both staff and guests, ensuring that all plate ware, drink ware, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment are thoroughly washed and sanitized. The Dishwasher will be responsible for keeping the dish room organized and clean, supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen. The pay range for this position is $13.00 to $16.00 per hour, depending on experience, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement, as we promote from within. Additionally, employees benefit from paid on-the-job training and a variety of team member discounts, including exclusive meal discounts and an employee referral program. At most locations, the restaurant is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas to honor family time. Job Duties
- Operate an industrial dishwasher
- wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, and sanitize utensils
- maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly conditions
- clean food preparation areas and equipment
- follow proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage
- empty and clean all trash receptacles
- assist prep cooks and other kitchen staff during peak times, including basic prep work
- load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food or supplies
- perform opening, closing, and side work as required
- address spills or broken glassware immediately
