We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, and passionate Director of Operations for an innovative restaurant group based in Denver, Colorado. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at all venues, ensuring efficiency and maintaining the highest quality standards in customer service. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in restaurant operations management

  • Strong understanding of financial statements and P&L management
  • Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Exceptional communication skills
