Job Description

Our client is a thriving fast-casual restaurant chain headquartered in Farmers Branch, Texas, operating over 200 locations nationwide. Known for its commitment to high-quality food, efficient service, and an inviting dining atmosphere, this company has carved a significant niche in the competitive fast-casual dining sector. The brand has established itself as a leader by continuously innovating its menu offerings and maintaining exceptional operational standards across all its franchises. With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and operational excellence, the company is poised for continuous expansion and growth in the fast-paced food service industry.

The role of Director of Operations is a critical leadership position designed to oversee and optimize the performance of all restaurant locations under the brand. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, the Director will ensure that operational initiatives align with the company’s strategic goals. This includes maintaining brand standards, driving sales growth, enhancing profitability, and fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration among store managers, franchisees, and their teams. The individual in this role will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices across all restaurants.

A major aspect of the Director of Operations' responsibilities involves mentoring and developing leadership teams to empower them with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in a competitive industry. This includes championing comprehensive training programs to align staff with the company’s vision and operational goals. This role also demands close collaboration with franchisees to ensure their compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards while supporting their operational and growth objectives.

Strategic planning is another focal point for the Director. They will work closely with executive leadership to support the company’s expansion initiatives, including market analysis for new locations and facilitating the seamless integration of these into the existing operational framework. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven leader to impact a rapidly growing business positively and lead a large, dynamic team across multiple states.

The position is based in Farmers Branch, TX, and offers competitive compensation starting at $150,000 per year. If you are a seasoned multi-unit operator with a proven track record in franchise operations management, especially within the fast-casual or quick-service restaurant sectors, this role provides a compelling career advancement opportunity in a vibrant and fast-evolving industry.
