  • Strong financial acumen including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control strategies
  • Passion for hospitality and guest experience

Job Duties

  • Act as a liaison between restaurant owners and individual locations to ensure alignment with corporate standards
  • Oversee the achievement of budget and financial goals across all restaurants
  • Recruit, train, and retain top-quality management candidates to maintain high performance
  • Develop continuous training and development programs to enhance staff and service delivery
  • Ensure staffing levels meet operational needs and customer service standards
  • Supervise procedures for control of cash, property, product, and equipment to safeguard assets
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor, safety regulations, and company policies
