Job Duties
- Act as a liaison between restaurant owners and individual locations to ensure alignment with corporate standards
- Oversee the achievement of budget and financial goals across all restaurants
- Recruit, train, and retain top-quality management candidates to maintain high performance
- Develop continuous training and development programs to enhance staff and service delivery
- Ensure staffing levels meet operational needs and customer service standards
- Supervise procedures for control of cash, property, product, and equipment to safeguard assets
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor, safety regulations, and company policies
