- previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to follow recipes accurately
- availability to work dinner shifts

Job Duties
- Prepares cooking items
- reports to work well-groomed and in clean uniform
- uses and cleans kitchen equipment and preparation areas
- stocks and rotates products to maintain shelf life
- prepares food according to recipes and food safety procedures
- controls food cost by portioning and preparation standards
- maintains cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas
- follows safety and sanitation policies
- communicates with management and coworkers regarding issues
- assists with washing and restocking dishes
- supports front of house staff with dining room cleanliness
- provides guest service by cooperating with front of house staff
