Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Own a car, scooter, or bicycle (depending on location)
- Provide social security number (US only)
- Have consistent access to a smartphone
- Pass identity verification
- Comply with local laws regarding alcohol delivery
- Must be at least 19 years old in certain states such as Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and West Virginia
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license or permit
- Own a car, scooter, or bicycle (scooter and bicycle in select cities)
- Consistent smartphone access with internet connectivity
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Basic knowledge of local roads and navigation
- Age 18 or older (21 or older to deliver alcohol)
- Ability to pass background and ID verification
Job Duties
- Deliver meals to customers promptly and courteously
- Pick up groceries and retail items and ensure accurate delivery
- Manage delivery orders efficiently using the DoorDash app
- Maintain effective communication with customers and DoorDash support
- Ensure safety and compliance with delivery guidelines
- Handle payments and cash out earnings through DoorDash Crimson
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance user satisfaction
