Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- provide quick and friendly service to all customers
- work collaboratively with other crewmembers to complete tasks and maintain service continuity
- thrive under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
- align with Raising Cane's culture of working hard and having fun
- take initiative with tasks
- comply with all company policies
- able to meet physical demands of the role including lifting, bending and standing for long periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- dependable and punctual
- enthusiastic and positive attitude
- willingness to learn and grow within the restaurant environment
Job Duties
- Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- kneel, bend, twist or stoop
- ascend or descend stairs
- reach and grasp objects including above head and below waistline
- provide excellent verbal and written communication
- show up to scheduled shifts on time
- clean tables, floors and other restaurant areas
- take orders from customers and process payments efficiently
- follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food
- multitask effectively
