This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities located in Natick, MA, with a competitive base pay starting at $18.50 per hour. Overnight shifts include an additional $2.00 per hour premium for work between midnight and 5:00 AM. New team members at the Natick location are also eligible for a one-time $250 new store bonus after 30 days of employment. Additional earning opportunities exist through certifications, such as becoming a Certified Team Member or Trainer, which can provide pay supplements of $0.50 and $1.50 per hour respectively.
