As a Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing menu items to Wonder's high standards, maintaining clean and organized workstations, following strict food safety guidelines including HACCP protocols, and managing inventory scans to ensure accurate portions. You will also take on a hospitality role by warmly greeting guests, assisting with orders, payments, and the Wonder app, participating in minor marketing efforts such as distributing flyers, and supporting meal-kit and delivery operations. Maintaining exceptional cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dining areas is a priority, including washing and restocking utensils and equipment, managing waste properly, and reporting any issues promptly.

Wonder offers both full-time and part-time positions with a competitive pay rate starting at $17.95 per hour. Overnight shifts, which run from 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM, include an additional $2.00 per hour premium. Certified Team Members may earn an extra $0.50 per hour, with Trainers eligible for a $1.50 hourly premium.
