The role of Team Member at Wonder is pivotal in bringing the brand's values to life on a daily basis. As a Team Member, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve food preparation, hospitality, cleanliness, and teamwork. This includes preparing menu items according to meticulous Wonder standards while adhering to HACCP and food safety regulations to ensure quality and safety in every dish served. You will also manage inventory, keep workstations organized, and verify order accuracy to maintain operational efficiency.

In addition to food preparation, Team Members are responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality by warmly greeting guests, assisting with orders, pickups, payments, and supporting the Wonder app. You’ll play an integral role in fostering an inviting atmosphere where guests feel valued and supported. Beyond daily service, Team Members may participate in light marketing efforts like local engagement activities to boost the community presence of Wonder.

Maintaining an immaculate environment is also essential in this role; you will ensure sanitation and cleanliness across both kitchen and dining areas by cleaning and restocking cookware, utensils, equipment, and managing waste responsibly. Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, energetic work environment will be a key component of your experience.

Wonder offers competitive pay starting at $17.50 per hour, with additional premiums for overnight shifts and opportunities to earn more through certification and training roles.
