The role of Team Member at Wonder is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for great food and exceptional service. This position is available on both a full-time and part-time basis at the Brookline, Massachusetts location. Team Members are integral to Wonder's mission, responsible for preparing and presenting menu items that meet Wonder's high culinary standards while maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations. The position offers a starting pay rate of $17.50 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour premium for overnight shifts worked between midnight and 5:00 AM. Opportunities for earning more include certified Team Member status earning an extra $0.50 per hour and Trainer roles with an additional $1.50 per hour, reflecting Wonder's commitment to employee growth and development.

In this role, you will engage with a fast-paced, fun team dedicated to creating an inviting and positive experience for every guest. Duties range from food preparation, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, to delivering outstanding hospitality by warmly greeting guests and assisting with orders and payments. Team Members also support marketing initiatives and contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the restaurant space.
