Operating as a unique mealtime platform, Wonder combines the offerings of over 20 exclusive restaurants in a single seamless order, allowing customers to mix and match hundreds of dishes from various culinary traditions. Located in Leesburg, Wonder delivers convenience, variety, and quality with a commitment to exceptional service, all while maintaining zero delivery fees. The company is proud to own and operate every aspect of the dining journey, from recipe development to the cutting-edge technology that powers its ordering system. This approach ensures that every dish is freshly prepared on-site by their skilled culinary team and served hot, preserving the authentic flavors and quality expected from esteemed Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs.
The company is focused on growth and providing outstanding career opportunities for team members who are passionate about food, hospitality, and professional development. Wonder embraces diversity, inclusivity, and fair hiring practices, aiming to build a vibrant workforce dedicated to excellence and collaboration. Employees benefit from a supportive, positive, and energetic work environment where leadership invests in growth and skill-building. The culture at Wonder encourages every team member to master multiple roles, develop new skills, and engage in meaningful work that contributes directly to the customer experience.
As a Team Member at Wonder, you will be at the forefront of bringing culinary masterpieces to life and ensuring that every guest enjoys an inviting atmosphere and exceptional service. This role offers flexible employment options, including both full-time and part-time positions, with a competitive pay rate starting at $17.50 per hour. There is an additional $2.00 hourly premium for overnight shifts worked between midnight and 5:00 AM, recognizing the commitment required during these hours. Further earning opportunities include bonuses for Certified Team Members and Trainers, providing clear pathways for career advancement within the company.
The position involves a variety of responsibilities that change daily, offering an engaging and dynamic work experience. Team Members will prepare and cook menu items following Wonder’s exacting quality standards while maintaining sanitary and organized workstations. Food safety guidelines, such as HACCP standards, are strictly adhered to, ensuring the highest levels of safety and hygiene. Inventory management tasks, including scanning stock and portioning orders with accuracy, are essential to the smooth operation of the kitchen and fulfillment processes.
Beyond food preparation, Team Members play a vital role in hospitality. They warmly greet guests, assist with orders, pickups, payments, and provide support using the Wonder app. Knowledge sharing about the platform’s unique dining concepts and participating in local marketing initiatives further enhances the customer experience and brand presence. Maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dining areas, managing recycling, and promptly reporting any equipment issues contribute to the overall quality and safety of the restaurant.
Wonder values teamwork and expects all members to support one another, creating a positive and high-energy workplace. Additional duties will be assigned as needed, further promoting flexibility and skill development. This role is ideal for candidates seeking to grow their careers in the food service industry, gain experience in a fast-paced environment, and be part of a rapidly expanding company where new opportunities arise regularly.
