Wonder is seeking passionate and motivated Team Members to join their fast-growing and supportive team located in Leesburg. This role offers both full-time and part-time positions, with competitive pay starting at $17.50 per hour. Overnight shifts include an additional $2.00 per hour premium for hours worked between midnight and 5:00 AM. Team Members have the opportunity to earn more through special roles such as Certified Team Member and Trainer, which come with additional hourly premiums.

As a Team Member at Wonder, you will play a vital role in bringing menus from Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to life. Your daily responsibilities will involve mastering multiple roles, preparing food that meets Wonder’s high standards, and providing exceptional hospitality to guests. You will be actively involved in making sure the kitchen and dining areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines, including HACCP standards. You'll be responsible for managing inventory scans, accurately packing portions, and verifying orders before they reach the customer, ensuring flawless execution.

Beyond food preparation, the role embraces delivering incredible hospitality by greeting guests warmly and assisting with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app. You will share your knowledge about the company's unique dining concepts, support meal-kit and delivery operations, and engage in light local marketing efforts such as distributing flyers and community outreach.

Ideal candidates for this position will have at least six months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role, excellent verbal communication, the ability to work accurately and efficiently, and a team-oriented mindset with knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for entire shifts, and weekend availability.
