The Team Member role at Wonder is vital to delivering the promise of exceptional food and hospitality. As a Team Member, you will actively participate in bringing menus crafted by Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to life. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where each day brings new challenges and opportunities to master various roles. Whether working full-time or part-time shifts at the North Bethesda location, you will be instrumental in creating an inviting, positive atmosphere for every guest.

The position offers a competitive pay rate starting at $17.50 per hour, with additional premiums for overnight shifts between midnight and 5:00 AM. Additional earning opportunities include Certified Team Member status and Trainer roles, which come with hourly pay increases. In this role, you will perform key duties such as preparing menu items to Wonder’s high standards while ensuring your stations remain clean, stocked, and organized. Your responsibilities will include adhering strictly to HACCP and food-safety regulations, managing inventory scans, packing accurate portions, and confirming order accuracy before customers receive their meals. Hospitality skills are essential as you will greet guests warmly, assist with orders, pickups, payments, and app support, and participate in local marketing initiatives such as distributing flyers and street engagement.

Maintaining an impeccable environment is another critical aspect, including sanitation and cleanliness of both kitchen and dining areas, washing and restocking cookware and utensils, and managing waste and recycling properly.
