Job Description
Wonder is an innovative mealtime platform dedicated to making world-class food accessible to everyone. Established with the vision of bringing diverse culinary experiences under one roof, Wonder allows customers to mix and match hundreds of dishes from over 20 exclusive restaurants in a single order. This unique offering ensures that every guest can enjoy their craving without compromise, whether it's tacos, Thai cuisine, or other diverse culinary delights. With a focus on convenience and quality, Wonder provides zero delivery fees, dine-in, or pick-up options, ensuring that every dish is prepared fresh, made to order by a skilled culinary team, and served hot. Wonder operates with full ownership over every aspect of the dining experience, from recipe development to the technology that powers customer interactions, allowing the company to deliver unmatched quality, variety, and consistency at scale.
The company is currently looking for dedicated Team Members to join their dynamic staff in Jenkintown, offering both full-time and part-time employment opportunities. The pay rate starts at $16.50 per hour, with an additional overnight premium of $2.00 per hour for shifts worked between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Beyond the competitive pay, Wonder also provides opportunities to earn more by advancing to roles such as Certified Team Member or Trainer, with additional hourly pay enhancements. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about food, hospitality, and career growth in a fast-paced and fun work environment.
As a Team Member at Wonder, you will be an integral part of bringing menus from Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to life, all while creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for each guest. Your responsibilities will encompass food preparation to Wonder’s high standards, maintaining sanitation and organization, managing inventory and order accuracy, and delivering exceptional hospitality by engaging with customers and supporting meal-kit and delivery operations. You will also participate in light local marketing activities and support your teammates in maintaining a lively and cooperative workplace.
Wonder values team members who can work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail. This position requires solid organizational skills, clear verbal communication, and the ability to follow directions within a team-oriented setting. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is essential for success in this role.
Wonder is committed to fair hiring practices and champions diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring all team members are valued for their potential without discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, military or veteran status, disability, or any other protected class. The company utilizes an Automated Employment Decision Tool (AEDT) to objectively assess applicants’ qualifications and fit for the role, reinforcing its commitment to equitable recruitment.
Joining Wonder means being part of a fast-growing and stable company that heavily invests in its employees’ development. The company offers comprehensive benefits, including free meals during shifts, employee discounts, premium pay on company holidays, medical, dental, and vision insurance, full employer-paid life insurance, 401(k) retirement plans, employer-matched Health Savings Accounts, employee stock options, and real opportunities to grow into Trainer and Supervisor roles. With a positive and high-energy work environment where leaders actively support the team’s growth, Wonder is more than just a workplace—it’s a community driven by a passion for great food and exceptional service.
