Compensation for this role starts at $17.50 per hour, with additional premium pay of $2.00 per hour for overnight shifts worked between midnight and 5:00 AM. There are also incentives to increase earnings through roles like Certified Team Member, which adds $0.50 per hour if eligible, and Trainer positions, which include an additional $1.50 per hour. Alongside financial remuneration, Team Members benefit from perks including free meals during shifts, employee discounts, and 1.5 times pay on company holidays.
