The Team Member role at Wonder is designed for individuals who are passionate about food, hospitality, and working in a fast-paced environment. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a competitive starting pay rate of $16.50 per hour and an overnight shift premium of an additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 5 AM. Team Members can also earn extra through certifications and leadership roles, such as Certified Team Member status with a $0.50 hourly bonus and Trainer roles with a $1.50 hourly bonus.

As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in bringing Michelin-starred and celebrity chef menus to life, ensuring every dish meets Wonder’s high standards for quality and presentation. You will be responsible for preparing menu items accurately and efficiently while maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized station. Your duties include following food safety guidelines, such as HACCP, managing inventory and portions, and performing quality checks before orders are dispatched. This role goes beyond just food preparation; it emphasizes delivering exceptional hospitality by greeting guests warmly, assisting with orders, payments, and the Wonder app, and supporting local marketing efforts to engage the community.

Additionally, as a team member at Wonder, you will help uphold the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, maintain cookware and utensils, and ensure proper waste management.
