The role of Team Member at Wonder is pivotal in bringing the culinary vision to life. The position is available full-time and part-time, located in North Andover, with a competitive base pay rate of $17.50 per hour. Overnight shifts are eligible for an additional $2.00 per hour premium for work done between midnight and 5 a.m. Team Members have opportunities to increase their earnings further by qualifying for roles such as Certified Team Member with a $0.50 per hour bonus or becoming a Trainer with an additional $1.50 per hour. Working hours require physical stamina including standing for full shifts and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. There is also an expectation of weekend availability.

In this role, Team Members master multiple responsibilities while working in an energetic and supportive team environment. They play an essential role in preparing menu items to Wonder standards, maintaining cleanliness and stock at their stations, adhering strictly to food safety guidelines, including HACCP standards, and accurately managing orders and inventory. Delivering exceptional hospitality is also central, greeting guests warmly, assisting with orders, payments, and the Wonder app, and supporting marketing efforts such as community engagement and flyer distribution.

Maintaining the highest standards of sanitation in kitchen and dining areas and ensuring cleanliness and proper restocking of equipment throughout shifts are critical tasks.
