Wonder is currently seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to join their team as Team Members. This role plays a crucial part in delivering not only exceptional food but also excellent customer service that reflects Wonder’s brand values. Serving in either full-time or part-time capacities, Team Members work in a fast-paced environment and benefit from competitive pay starting at $16.50 per hour, with an additional $2.00 premium for overnight shifts between midnight and 5:00 AM. There are also opportunities to boost earnings through certifications and trainer roles.

As a Team Member at Wonder, you will engage in various responsibilities that ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. Your role involves preparing menu items meticulously to Wonder’s high standards, actively managing inventory and order accuracy, and adhering strictly to food safety protocols including HACCP compliance. Furthermore, the role demands delivering inviting and knowledgeable customer interactions, supporting multiple operational functions such as meal-kit and delivery services, and contributing to local marketing initiatives.

Team Members are also entrusted with maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of the restaurant environment. This includes rigorous sanitation of kitchen and dining areas, managing cookware and utensils, and ensuring waste and recycling are handled responsibly. Beyond operational duties, you will be part of a collaborative team environment where energy, positivity, and mutual support are key.
