The Team Member role at Wonder is central to delivering the brand promise of exceptional food and hospitality. Team Members are essential in bringing menus curated by Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to life, helping to create an inviting atmosphere for guests and maintaining top-tier food safety and sanitation standards. This position is available both full-time and part-time at the Hackettstown location, with an hourly pay rate starting at $16.50. Overnight shifts are compensated with a $2.00 per hour premium for hours worked between midnight and 5 AM. Certified Team Members and Trainers have opportunities to earn additional premiums, which means there is real potential to increase earnings based on skill and responsibility.
