Wonder offers full-time and part-time positions located at Potomac Yard, with a pay rate starting at $17.50 per hour and an additional $2.00 per hour premium for overnight shifts between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Team members also have increased earning opportunities through roles such as Certified Team Member (+$0.50/hr) and Trainer (+$1.50/hr).

In this position, you will engage in a variety of tasks including preparing food to Wonder’s exacting standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization of stations, following rigorous food safety protocols like HACCP guidelines, managing inventory and ensuring order accuracy, and delivering top-tier customer service. Greeting guests warmly, assisting with orders and payments, supporting meal-kit and delivery operations, and participating in local marketing efforts are also key responsibilities. Team Members help keep the restaurant environment sanitary and welcoming by cleaning and restocking equipment and maintaining trash management practices.
