The Team Member role at Wonder is an engaging and multifaceted position where employees help bring menus from Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to life while creating an inviting and positive experience for every guest. This role involves mastering multiple responsibilities that range from food preparation to customer service, ensuring food safety, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting a high-energy team environment. Team Members prepare menu items according to Wonder's high standards, keep stations organized and stocked, and manage inventory and order accuracy. Hospitality is a cornerstone of the role, with Team Members warmly greeting guests, assisting with orders, payments, and app support, and participating in light local marketing activities to promote the brand. Maintaining sanitation standards across kitchen and dining areas, managing dishware and equipment cleanliness, and proper trash and recycling handling are daily duties that ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and safely. As a key part of the team, employees are expected to support teammates, fill in where needed, and contribute to a positive workplace culture where leaders are invested in employee development. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role
  • Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
  • Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions
  • Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items to Wonder standards while keeping stations clean, stocked, and organized
  • Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines including proper temperatures and storage
  • Manage inventory scans, pack accurate portions, and ensure every order is correct before it goes out
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app
  • Share knowledge about our concepts, support meal-kit and delivery operations, and ensure dispatch accuracy
  • Participate in light local marketing activities such as flyers and street engagement
  • Maintain top-tier sanitation and cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas
  • Wash, clean, and restock cookware, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift
  • Manage trash and recycling properly and report equipment issues promptly
  • Support teammates, jump in where needed, and maintain a positive, high-energy environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
