MOTO Pizza is currently seeking enthusiastic part-time employees to join their team at the new San Clemente location. This role offers a competitive starting pay averaging $17 per hour plus tips, providing an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to gain experience in the food service industry or supplement their income with flexible part-time hours.

As a Team Member at MOTO Pizza, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and smooth operation of the restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare various food items during your scheduled shifts, primarily focusing on dough preparation, pizza assembly, baking, finishing, and packaging. Beyond food preparation, you will also engage directly with customers, providing exceptional guest service from the moment they arrive to place orders or pick up their pizzas.

This position requires physical stamina due to the demands of working in a busy restaurant environment. Team members must be prepared for activities including walking, bending, lifting objects up to 50 pounds, and operating kitchen equipment ranging from commercial dishwashers to dough mixers. The work environment will involve exposure to high noise levels and may be subject to varying weather conditions depending on the store setup, including possible outdoor or curbside delivery duties.
