Job Requirements

Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
Ability to ensure restaurant complies with company policies and health standards
Strength in ensuring proper food preparation and presentation
Ability to use profit and loss and store reports to affect change
Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions
Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft products
High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
Previous supervisory experience

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum one year of restaurant management experience
Demonstrated ability to use profit and loss statements and store reports
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to read and interpret operational documents
Strong leadership and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and perform physical work

Job Duties

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant employees
Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
Monitor proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
Use profit and loss statements and store reports to implement operational improvements
Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and administrative tasks
Multi-task effectively while performing physical activities like bending, standing, reaching, and lifting
