Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to ensure restaurant complies with company policies and health standards
- Strength in ensuring proper food preparation and presentation
- Ability to use profit and loss and store reports to affect change
- Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions
- Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft products
- High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Previous supervisory experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of restaurant management experience
- Demonstrated ability to use profit and loss statements and store reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical work
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Monitor proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss statements and store reports to implement operational improvements
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and administrative tasks
- Multi-task effectively while performing physical activities like bending, standing, reaching, and lifting
