Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or foodservice is an advantage but not required
Ability to provide excellent customer service consistently
Knowledge of health and safety standards in foodservice
Strong communication skills
Basic math skills for cash handling
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Provide prompt and courteous food service to guests
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the restaurant environment
Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
Follow health code guidelines diligently
Handle cash transactions accurately and apply suggestive selling techniques
Promote the loyalty rewards program actively
Perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
