Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, cashier, retail sales, or foodservice is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Strong cash handling and suggestive selling techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including holidays
Job Duties
- Provide prompt and courteous food service to customers
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
- Follow health code guidelines and maintain cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Promote 7-Eleven loyalty rewards program to customers
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Assist with multi-tasking tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
