Job Requirements

A desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit
Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment to ensure the restaurant is always customer ready
Ability to ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
Ability to follow proper health code guidelines
Excellence in cash handling and suggestive selling techniques
A desire to be a brand ambassador and promote our loyalty rewards program
The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in customer service, cashier, or foodservice roles is advantageous but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and perform physical activities including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Demonstrated enthusiasm for exceeding customer expectations
Basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests
Handle cashier duties and process customer transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant
Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
Follow health code guidelines meticulously
Employ excellent cash handling and suggestive selling techniques
Promote the brand and loyalty rewards program to customers
