Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in dining room or restaurant waitstaff
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
  • Strong organizational skills and time management
  • Problem-solving skills for customer and employee issues
  • Experience in banquets or special event planning
  • Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years dining room or restaurant waitstaff experience
  • Working knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or employees

  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Serve all customers residents guests and family members with top-level service
  • Assist the manager with scheduling waitstaff and maintaining resident satisfaction with dining programs
  • Coach and train new and current waitstaff while fostering teamwork
  • Acquaint new residents with dining options and collaborate on menu planning
  • Build positive and strong relationships with employees coworkers and residents
