- determine food and supplies needed to keep the kitchen running and stocked during service
- ensure proper health procedures are followed at all times
- maintain or exceed standards of appearance cleanliness hygiene and health
- work efficiently to meet quantity and deadline requirements during food preparation
- collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations
- maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness throughout shifts
