Job Requirements

  • Previous cooking or culinary experience preferred
  • Food handler certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work full time or part time as scheduled
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Determine food and supplies needed to maintain kitchen operations
  • Ensure all prepared food meets quality and presentation standards
  • Follow proper health, safety, and hygiene procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet service deadlines
  • Monitor food stock and communicate needs to management
