Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to menu recipes and special dietary restrictions
- Determine food and supplies needed to maintain kitchen operations

- Follow proper health, safety, and hygiene procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet service deadlines
- Monitor food stock and communicate needs to management
