Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- prior experience in a cooking or food preparation role helpful
- food handlers certification or willingness to obtain
- strong commitment to hygiene and kitchen safety protocols
- availability to work full-time or part-time shifts
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- previous experience as a cook, line cook, prep cook, sous chef or other back of house role beneficial
- food handlers certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties
- prepare food items according to menu recipes and special dietary or nutritional restrictions
- determine food and supplies needed to keep the kitchen running and stocked during service
- ensure proper health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene and health within the kitchen area
- work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver high quality food service
- assist in food preparation and cooking to meet quantity and deadline requirements
- adhere to all company policies and quality controls
