Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare all stir-fry dishes according to company recipes and guest orders
  • cook ingredients assembled by the Apportioner promptly and accurately
  • adjust seasoning and cooking procedures to meet company standards
  • follow recipes and sauce mixing procedures
  • adhere to local health department food handling and safety regulations
  • operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • assist management in developing menu specials
  • help train staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • assist in inventory counts and receiving deliveries
