Job Requirements
- Lift 20 lbs with one hand
- stand for up to 5 hours without sitting
- reach at least 36 inches horizontally or vertically
- handle small and medium-sized woks for up to 4 hours continuously
- perform repetitive cutting and slicing motions using a Chinese cook's knife safely

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- knowledge of Asian cuisine cooking techniques
- ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work under pressure
- basic inventory management knowledge
- willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
Job Duties
- Prepare all stir-fry dishes according to company recipes and guest orders
- cook ingredients assembled by the Apportioner promptly and accurately
- adjust seasoning and cooking procedures to meet company standards
- follow recipes and sauce mixing procedures
- adhere to local health department food handling and safety regulations
- operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- assist management in developing menu specials
- help train staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations
- assist in inventory counts and receiving deliveries
