Job Duties
- prepare food items according to menu recipes and special dietary or nutritional restrictions
- determine food and supplies needed to keep kitchen running and stocked during service
- ensure proper health procedures are followed in food preparation
- maintain or exceed standards of appearance cleanliness hygiene and health
- assist with food preparation to meet quantity and deadline requirements
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely and quality food delivery
