Job Requirements

  • 2 plus years of restaurant cook experience required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to perform kitchen duties
  • Ability to follow recipes and hotel standards accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Work well in a team and maintain professionalism
  • Basic food safety knowledge

Job Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of restaurant cook experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Proficiency in preparing a variety of dishes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to operate commercial kitchen equipment safely
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and hotel standards
  • Understand and prepare a variety of dishes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
  • Monitor incoming food product to ensure quality
  • Condense and refill as needed
  • Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
  • Operate large volume cooking equipment such as grills, fryers, and griddles
