Job Duties

- determine food and supplies needed to keep the kitchen running and stocked during service

- maintain or exceed standards of appearance cleanliness hygiene and health
- collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation
- assist in inventory management and stock control
- clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workspace
