In addition, you will be expected to maintain an immaculate work environment, upholding hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation practices that meet or exceed regulatory standards. Previous experience in any back-of-house position such as cook, line cook, prep cook, or sous chef is beneficial though not mandatory, as we value a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn above all.
