- Previous experience in cooking or kitchen roles preferred
- Food Handlers certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to prepare food according to recipes and dietary restrictions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work full time or part time
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and health standards in the kitchen
Job Qualifications
- Previous cook, line cook, prep cook, sous chef or BOH experience preferred
- Ability to prepare food according to recipes
- Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Food Handlers certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to menu, recipes, and special dietary or nutritional restrictions
- Determine food and supplies needed to keep the kitchen running and stocked during service
- Follow proper health procedures and maintain cleanliness
- Ensure standards of appearance, hygiene, and health are met or exceeded
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet quantity and deadline requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Assist with inventory management and food storage
