We are currently looking for a Restaurant Cook to join our dedicated kitchen team at Taco Bell Mission. The role of the Restaurant Cook is pivotal in maintaining the restaurant's standards of food quality and service excellence. This position involves preparing food items strictly according to Taco Bell's menu specifications, recipes, and any special dietary or nutritional requirements that our customers may have. The Restaurant Cook ensures that all food preparation duties are completed efficiently to meet quantity demands and deadlines during service hours. In addition to cooking, this role includes managing inventory by determining the quantity of food and supplies necessary to keep the kitchen well-stocked and operational throughout each shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for adhering to all health and safety protocols, ensuring the kitchen meets or exceeds all cleanliness, hygiene, and food handling standards.

This position is ideal for someone with prior experience in food preparation roles such as cook, line cook, prep cook, or sous chef, particularly within a back-of-house (BOH) capacity. However, Taco Bell Mission values a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn above all, offering opportunities for growth regardless of previous experience. While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, it is not mandatory to apply.
