Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in cooking or food preparation beneficial
- food handlers certification or willingness to obtain
- ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- good hygiene and cleanliness standards
- strong work ethic
- willingness to learn
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a cook, line cook, prep cook, sous chef, or other back-of-house role beneficial
- knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation practices
- ability to follow recipes accurately
- good communication and teamwork skills

- food handlers certification or willingness to obtain
Job Duties
- prepare food items according to menu recipes and special dietary or nutritional restrictions
- determine food and supplies needed to keep kitchen stocked during service
- maintain standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health in the kitchen
- follow proper health and safety procedures
- meet quantity and deadline requirements for food preparation
- ensure all food preparation meets hospitality and service standards
- assist with inventory management and stock rotation
