Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Previous cooking experience preferred
- Food Handlers certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to follow health and safety standards
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Flexibility to work full time or part time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Previous cook, line cook, prep cook, sous chef or other back of house experience preferred

- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to menu, recipes, and special dietary or nutritional restrictions
- Determine food and supplies needed to keep kitchen running and stocked during service
- Follow proper health procedures and maintain food safety standards
- Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health
- Meet or exceed hospitality and service standards in food preparation
- Work efficiently to meet quantity and deadline requirements
- Assist in kitchen organization and inventory management
