The Restaurant Cook position is an entry-level opportunity where no prior restaurant experience is necessary, and robust paid training is provided. Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Ability to work all shifts including opening, closing, and in-between
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols

Job Duties

  • Transport and handle, move or tug heavy items up to 50 pounds in weight
  • Go down on your knees, fold, turn, or crouch
  • Ascend or descend by utilizing the staircase
  • Stretch and grab objects within reach (both higher and lower than waist level)
  • Outstanding communication abilities in both spoken and written forms
  • Demonstration of timeliness for designated shifts
  • Ensuring the tidiness of tables, floors, and other sections throughout the restaurant
  • Responsively attending to customer orders and executing payment processes with effectiveness
  • Adhere to appropriate safety measures when working with or cooking food
  • Offer prompt and amiable assistance to every customer
  • Function collectively as a unit, supporting other Crewmembers in the accomplishment of tasks and assignments to guarantee the seamless operation of service provision
  • Function effectively under stress and maintain a rapid workflow
