Job Requirements
- Food Handler Card or equivalent certification
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly
- Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to follow instructions and product handling guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read and write Spanish and English
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, product labels, pricing codes, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings
- Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions
- Basic PC and Outlook skills are a plus
- Retail Management Certificate is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Provide enthusiastic and friendly customer service to each guest
- Operate cash register (POS) accurately and handle cash transactions
- Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of dining and service areas
- Generate sales by effectively engaging with customers
- Follow food safety standards including holding a Food Handler Card
- Work varied hours including nights and weekends
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with customers and coworkers
